Congratulations St. Matthew!  The Nashville City Saver Coupon Book sale was a resounding success.  We;

   *    sold 971 books,

   *    distributed 93 free books to those students who sold 5 or more,

   *    gave $25 participation awards to 13 homeroom teachers,

   *    sent two students to the Cortland Finnegan autograph party,

   *    entered 3 students in the drawing for 5 Predators suite tickets,

   *    made $12,187.50! 

Of the total profit, $10,968.75 will be added to the St. Matthew Endowment Fund bringing the balance to $35,000.  Additionally, $1,218.75 will be designated for our sister school in Haiti, Our Lady of Miracles.  On Monday, September 27, every student will receive free ice cream at lunch in celebration of their success.
