SMS Parents,
Welcome to the Fall 2011 Athletic Season at St. Matthew!
Most of you probably remember from last year that the SMS Booster Club relies on parents to help staff the Concession Stand at SMS-hosted athletic events to help fund all the great things that the Athletic Booster Club does for St. Matthew School.
We have a full slate of basketball games starting this Saturday, December 3rd. For each time slot, we are looking for one person to collect money at the gate and two people to work in the concession stand. You should sign up early to get a slot before or after your child’s game!
It’s very simple to sign up and volunteer…
2. Search the tabs at bottom of document for the desired sporting event(s) and date(s)
3. Type your name into the desired time slot(s) for selected game(s)
4. Repeat
We are asking that everyone try to work at least one hour per kid per sport…and, we should be covered. However, we are confident that you are going to love doing this…and, will likely want to work more than one time. And, the great thing is you can do this as many times as you want!
There will always be at least one SMS Booster Club Board Member in the concession stand with you.
