St. Matthew School is a parochial elementary school fully accredited by the Diocese of Nashville and the State of Tennessee. During 2004-05, it received full accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and in February, 2009 was awarded continuing accreditation.
St. Matthew enjoys memberships in the following organizations:
